Working Principle
Slurry preparation: Ground ore and chemicals are made into slurry;
Air slurry mixing: double-blade impeller strong mixing, inhalation of air to form micro-fine bubbles;
Mineralization separation: hydrophobic minerals attach to air bubbles and float, hydrophilic minerals remain in the slurry;
Foam collection: forward tilting tank promotes the return of foam, and the scraper discharges the mineralized foam layer.
