The 6-S Shaking Table is one of the most widely used and highly effective gravity concentrators in the world. Renowned for its exceptionally high enrichment ratio (often exceeding 100x), this Mineral Separation Table is the ultimate equipment for upgrading low-grade ores and cleaning rough concentrates without the use of harmful chemicals like cyanide or mercury.
As a premier Gold Shaking Table, it is expertly designed to recover fine and ultra-fine heavy minerals. It excels in the separation of placer gold, rock gold, tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, and other rare metals. The table can effectively process different grain sizes, handling roughing (2-0.5mm), cleaning (0.5-0.074mm), and scavenging (-0.074mm) with incredible precision.
Featuring an advanced fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) deck, our Gravity Concentrator Table provides a clear, visual separation of the concentrate, middlings, and tailings bands, making operation and adjustment incredibly intuitive for miners.
The separation process is driven by the combined action of three forces on the inclined, riffled deck:

If the mineral is heavy and finely ground, the 6-S table can recover it:
Note on Deck Types: We supply three specific deck riffle designs to match your ore size: Coarse Sand Deck (for 2-0.5mm), Fine Sand Deck (for 0.5-0.074mm), and Slime/Mud Deck (for -0.074mm).

Important Ordering Note: Based on your plant layout, tables can be configured as Left-Hand or Right-Hand models. This is determined by standing at the drive head and looking toward the concentrate end; if the feed box is on the right, it is a right-hand table.
A: For maximum recovery, the feed should be properly ground (usually below 2mm) and strictly classified. We highly recommend using a Cone Classifier or hydrocyclone before the table to remove ultra-fine clay (slime) and ensure the particle sizes hitting the deck are relatively uniform.
A: Yes, but you must specify that you need the Slime Deck configuration. Slime decks have much shallower riffles designed specifically to catch heavy particles down to 0.022mm.
