Alluvial (Placer) gold is one of the most profitable and accessible gold resources on the planet. Because the gold particles have already been naturally liberated from the host rock by centuries of river erosion, no expensive crushing or ball milling is required. The entire recovery process relies on washing away sticky clay and processing massive tonnages of sand using physical gravity separation.
Our Alluvial Gold Wash Plants are engineered to be highly efficient, zero-chemical, and extremely low-cost. By utilizing heavy-duty trommel scrubbers, mineral jigs, and high-G centrifugal concentrators, we provide turnkey production line solutions that guarantee maximum gold recovery while ensuring the fastest possible return on investment (ROI) for placer mining operations of any scale.

Our engineering design focuses on breaking up thick clay balls (which trap gold) and rapidly discarding barren gravel to concentrate the heavy black sand where the gold hides.

The washed heavy sand is routed to gravity separators based on the particle size of the gold:
The rough heavy sand concentrate produced by the Jigs or Centrifuges is passed over 6-S Shaking Tables. The table provides unparalleled visual sorting precision, cleanly separating the pure gold dust from the remaining black sand (magnetite/ilmenite).
To ensure environmentally friendly production, the muddy tailings water is pumped into a Thickener to increase the concentration of the solids (60%-70%). The thickened mud is squeezed dry by a Filter Press (<15% water content), while the clean overflow water is recycled back into the Trommel Scrubber.

Every riverbed is different. We tailor the plant layout based on your budget and the physical nature of your gold (coarse nuggets vs. fine flour gold).
| Plant Type | Flowsheet Layout | Key Characteristics |
|---|---|---|
| High-Efficiency Recovery | Trommel Screen → Jig Separator → Shaking Table | Yields a very high concentrate grade. Ideal for deposits with coarse gold grains and nuggets. |
| Large-Scale Processing | Rotary Scrubber → Jig Separator → Centrifugal Concentrator | Handles massive capacities (100+ t/h). Perfectly balances high throughput with excellent fine gold recovery. |
| Simple & Economic | Trommel Screen → Sluice Box / Drum Chute → Shaking Table | Minimal capital investment, zero power required for primary sorting. Perfect for small-scale startups. |

A: In river deposits, gold particles are often trapped inside dense, sticky clay balls. If you simply run this clay over a sluice box or jig, the clay balls will roll right off the end into the tailings, carrying your gold with them. A heavy-duty Rotary Scrubber acts like a massive washing machine, violently tumbling the rocks and clay with high-pressure water to dissolve the mud and release the free gold into the processing circuit.
A: Absolutely not. Placer gold is "free-milling," meaning it is already loose metallic gold mixed in sand. You only need water and physical gravity (Jigs, Centrifuges, Tables) to separate the heavy gold from the lighter sand. This makes alluvial mining incredibly cheap to operate and 100% environmentally safe.
