The Centrifugal Concentrator is a cutting-edge gravity separation machine designed to capture fine and ultra-fine heavy minerals that are typically lost by traditional equipment like sluice boxes or jigs. By replacing standard 1G gravity with up to 300G of centrifugal force, this machine radically expands the specific gravity differences between gold and waste rock.
Recognized globally as the premier Gold Centrifugal Concentrator, it boasts an incredible enrichment ratio of up to 1000:1 and can achieve alluvial gold recovery rates exceeding 99%. Because it relies entirely on physical forces and high-pressure water, it is the ultimate eco-friendly equipment to completely replace toxic mercury amalgamation in gold extraction.
Whether you are processing raw alluvial/placer gravels, setting up a hard rock gold grinding circuit, or recovering lost values from old tailings ponds, our Gravity Gold Concentrator guarantees you catch every microscopic ounce of free gold.

The machine consists of a rotating inner cone (the concentrate bowl) surrounded by a stationary pressurized water jacket.
We manufacture a full range of concentrators, from the STLB20 (for laboratory testing and final cleanup) to the massive STLB100 (for high-tonnage industrial plants).

A: This depends on the grade of your ore. For high-grade rock gold, we recommend initiating the discharge cycle every 1 to 3 hours. For lower-grade alluvial gold, you can usually run the machine for 2 to 6 hours before the trapping rings are full and need to be flushed.
A: The discharged material is a highly enriched "rough concentrate." Because the volume is now very small, it is typically taken to a secure gold room and run over a 6-S Shaking Table to separate the pure gold dust from any remaining black sands.
