High-G Gold Centrifugal Concentrator for Fine Gold Recovery

The Centrifugal Concentrator is a cutting-edge gravity separation machine designed to capture fine and ultra-fine heavy minerals that are typically lost by traditional equipment like sluice boxes or jigs. By replacing standard 1G gravity with up to 300G of centrifugal force, this machine radically expands the specific gravity differences between gold and waste rock.

Recognized globally as the premier Gold Centrifugal Concentrator, it boasts an incredible enrichment ratio of up to 1000:1 and can achieve alluvial gold recovery rates exceeding 99%. Because it relies entirely on physical forces and high-pressure water, it is the ultimate eco-friendly equipment to completely replace toxic mercury amalgamation in gold extraction.

Whether you are processing raw alluvial/placer gravels, setting up a hard rock gold grinding circuit, or recovering lost values from old tailings ponds, our Gravity Gold Concentrator guarantees you catch every microscopic ounce of free gold.

Why Choose Our Centrifugal Concentrator?

  • Unmatched Micro-Gold Recovery: Standard gravity equipment loses effectiveness below 0.1mm. The intense centrifugal force allows this machine to capture microscopic "flour gold" down to an astonishing 0.04mm.
  • Fully Automated Discharge: Our advanced models feature one-button automated discharge. The machine automatically stops the feed, flushes the concentrate into a secure launder, and restarts—eliminating concentrate loss due to human error and protecting your gold from theft.
  • Patented Fluidization Cone: The inner enrichment cone utilizes a specialized ribbed flute design paired with a precise backwash water control system. This fluidizes the mineral bed, preventing it from packing solid and ensuring heavy gold particles sink into the catching rings.
  • 100% Eco-Friendly (Zero Chemicals): Operates entirely on electricity and clean water. It is the perfect solution for mines seeking to comply with strict international environmental and "mercury-free" mining regulations.

How a Gold Centrifugal Concentrator Works

The machine consists of a rotating inner cone (the concentrate bowl) surrounded by a stationary pressurized water jacket.

  1. High-Speed Rotation: The inner cone rotates at high speeds, generating massive centrifugal force (up to 300G) against the inner walls of the bowl.
  2. Slurry Feeding: The screened ore slurry is fed through a central pipe down to the bottom of the rotating cone. Centrifugal force pushes the slurry outward and upward along the inner walls of the cone.
  3. Fluidization (Backwash Water): High-pressure clean water is injected through tiny holes in the walls of the rotating cone. This "backwash water" keeps the material bed loose (fluidized).
  4. Gold Trapping: Because the gold is much heavier than the sand, it fights against the backwash water and gets trapped in the ribbed rings of the cone. The lighter sand is washed out of the top of the bowl as tailings.

Primary Application Areas

  • Alluvial & Placer Gold: Placed after a Trommel Screen to catch all fine gold before the tailings are sent to a sluice box.
  • Hard Rock Gold Grinding Circuits: Installed directly inside the Ball Mill closed-circuit to recover free, liberated gold instantly before it gets over-ground or sent to cyanide leaching.
  • Tailings Reprocessing: Scavenging valuable micro-gold that was lost by older, inefficient gravity plants.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: How often do I need to flush (clean out) the concentrate?

A: This depends on the grade of your ore. For high-grade rock gold, we recommend initiating the discharge cycle every 1 to 3 hours. For lower-grade alluvial gold, you can usually run the machine for 2 to 6 hours before the trapping rings are full and need to be flushed.

Q2: What do I do with the concentrate after it is flushed out?

A: The discharged material is a highly enriched "rough concentrate." Because the volume is now very small, it is typically taken to a secure gold room and run over a 6-S Shaking Table to separate the pure gold dust from any remaining black sands.
