The 4-Stage Beneficiation Process Flow

Our standard hard rock gravity flowsheet is meticulously engineered to ensure maximum gold liberation and recovery.

Stage 1: Crushing System (Comminution)

Raw ore is fed evenly via a vibrating feeder into a Primary Jaw Crusher. The coarsely crushed rock is then sent via conveyor belt to a Secondary Cone Crusher or Fine Jaw Crusher. The goal is to reduce the massive ore chunks down to a strict -15mm particle size, prepping it for efficient grinding.

Stage 2: Grinding and Classification

The crushed ore enters the Ball Mill, where heavy steel balls grind the rock into a fine powder, successfully liberating the gold from the quartz. The slurry then flows into a Spiral Classifier (or Hydrocyclone). Fine, liberated particles overflow to the gravity circuit, while oversized coarse particles are cycled back into the ball mill to form a highly efficient "closed-circuit" grinding loop.

Stage 3: Multi-Stage Gravity Separation (The Core)

We deploy a "Coarse-to-Fine" recovery strategy to ensure no gold is lost:

  • Roughing (Coarse Gold): Mineral Jigs are placed directly at the ball mill discharge to catch heavy, coarse gold nuggets before they can be over-ground.
  • Scavenging (Fine Gold): Centrifugal Concentrators are utilized to capture microscopic, fine-grained gold via a high-G centrifugal force field.
  • Cleaning: The rough concentrates are sent to Shaking Tables for precision upgrading, yielding a remarkably pure, high-grade gold concentrate.

Stage 4: Concentrate Processing (Purification)

The ultra-high-grade heavy sand concentrate is processed in an Amalgamating Cylinder. To ensure environmental safety, the gold amalgam is heated inside a sealed distillation retort, recovering the liquid mercury for reuse while leaving behind a crude gold sponge ready for smelting into bullion.
